Workspaces & Teams
BiOS uses a two-level hierarchy: Organizations contain one or more Workspaces. Users are members of organizations and can be assigned to specific workspaces.
Organizations
When you sign up, a personal organization is automatically created for you. To collaborate with a team, an admin can invite members to the organization by email. Each invitee receives an invitation link and joins with a specified role.
Note: Users cannot create new organizations themselves. Personal organizations are provisioned at signup, and team access is invite-only.
Workspace Management
Workspaces let you organize projects and control access within an organization. Each workspace has its own datasets, training jobs, and member list.
- Create workspaces: admins can create workspaces within their organization.
- Add members: assign organization members to specific workspaces with a role (admin or member).
- Role management: update or revoke member access at any time.
Roles

| Owner | Organization | Full access: billing, members, settings, all workspaces |
| Admin | Org / Workspace | Manage members, create workspaces, run training jobs |
| Member | Org / Workspace | Upload datasets, run training jobs, view analytics |
