Settings

Configure your organization, profile, and notification preferences from the Settings page. Settings apply at the organization level unless otherwise noted.

Organization Settings

The Organization Settings panel lets you view and update your organization's core details:

• Organization Name: the display name shown in the sidebar, member invitations, and billing receipts. You can update this at any time.
• Organization ID: a unique identifier (e.g., org_a1b2c3d4) used in API requests. This is read-only and can be copied to clipboard.

Profile Settings

Your profile settings control how you appear to other members of your organization:

1. Display Name: the name shown alongside your avatar in the members list and activity logs. Update it in the Profile section and click Save Changes.
2. Email Address: your login email is displayed for reference. To change your email, contact support.
3. Avatar: your initials are displayed as a color-coded avatar. Custom avatars are not currently supported.

Notifications

Configure how you receive updates about training job completions, billing alerts, and team activity:

• Email notifications: receive emails when training jobs complete, when your wallet balance drops below a threshold, or when new members join your organization.
• Dashboard alerts: in-app notifications appear as badges on the sidebar items when action is needed.
